We are proud to offer a unique facility providing the highest quality chiropractic care and treatment available. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family, just ask you own family and friends.
Appointments
Same Day Appointments are available. Scheduling an appointment is easy! Please contact our office by phone 330-629-9292, leave a message if it is outside of the normal office hours and your call will be returned. Patient hours are 9:00am-6:30pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm, and closed Thursday.
Financial
We will be happy to submit all insurance forms and help you recover the most from your insurance policy. Forms of payment accepted by the office are debit card,check,cash and or any major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Financial payment plans are available in the absence of insurance coverage.
Cancellation
In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This advance notice allows us to offer this appointment time to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient 24 hour notice.
